Kentley Hills is located in central Highlands Ranch just south of Highlands Ranch Parkway and west of Fairview Parkway. The neighborhood itself contains two elementary schools (Heritage and Summitview) as well as the very popular Dad Clark Park. Homes in the neighborhood range in price from the high $200’s tp the low $700’s depending on size and finishes.
Over the past 6 months, the activity in Kentley Hills, as with most Highlands Ranch homes, has been slow due to incredibly limited inventory. As we approach the Spring / Summer season, we are slowly starting to see more homes hit the market.

Please keep in mind, that as with most neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch, many agents fail to list neighborhood information correctly when they list a home in Kentley Hills (The MLS auto-populates homes in this area with the subdivision name “Highlands Ranch” and an agent must manually change the neighborhood to “Kentley Hills”.)
