Number of Parker Foreclosures on the Market Hits Record low

Our team has been dealing with Parker foreclosures for many, many years.  Never have we experienced such a lack of foreclosures on the market. This past month marks a 5 year low for the number of active foreclosures in Parker, and we don’t expect that trend to change in the near future.

This lack of bank owned inventory is hurting both the long time Parker fix and flip investors as well as the more traditional buyers looking for a house to call their home. With so few “distressed homes” to bid on, investors are being forced to compete with other types of buyers for other resale homes.
