Disclosures We’ve blogged about this second unit before. It’s located in the Sturbridge at Homestead complex in the same area. It’s a smaller unit and it needs some work, but is priced accordingly. If you’re looking at Centennial townhomes and are willing to put a little time into a home, this could be a great deal for you.
