Villages of Parker: Latest Market Stats

We are helping several of our clients looking at Parker homes. One of our clients is considering making an offer on a home located in The Villages of Parker, and we prepared a detailed pricing report for them.

If you are not familiar with the area, The Villages of Parker is located roughly a mile east of Parker Rd, just south of Main Street. It offers easy access to the surrounding areas as well as I-25 and C-470.

Remember, this report includes all of the Parker foreclosures and Parker short sales in the neighborhood as well as the more traditional sales. These distressed property sales impact the prices and values of homes differently – especially on appraisals.
