Located just off of 6th Ave and Union, Telluride Lakewood Condos have seen quite a lot of activity over the past few months. With several foreclosures and short sales recently being sold and a number of resale condos being listed in the complex, the activity in this neighborhood is higher than it has been in a long time.

All of this is understandable given the neighborhood’s ideal location and fantastic prices.
