Activerain Outside Blogs Not Working – Anyone Able To Contact Support?

As I cannot get a response from Activerain’s support, and there is no longer a phone number to reach them, I would love feedback from the agent community on this.

 

I have two outside blogs with Activerain, and for the past two days, their nameservers are failing.

 

I have also tested some other agents’ outside blogs, and receive the same message.

 

I host several websites on other servers and am now kicking myself for keeping my blog site with Activerain. I was unaware their support system changed and now any support ticket is greeted with an email saying that they will get back to you in 48 hours.

 

Has anyone else been able to get an answer as to when Outside Blogs will be running again?

 

I would love any help from the community.
