The numbers keep slowly, slowly trickling down in Colorado. We’re still seeing activity in the housing market creep back as the foreclosures disappear.

RealtyTrac: Colorado foreclosure filings down 4.6% in Q2

In the quarter ended June 30, Colorado had 15,287 properties with foreclosure filings, down 4.59 percent from the first-quarter total of 16,023 but up 4.73 percent from the second quarter of 2009, according to RealtyTrac, an Irvine, Calif.-based private marketer of foreclosure properties.
Colorado’s rate of homes with foreclosure filings for the second quarter of 2010 was one out of every 141 housing units, almost the same as the national rate of one in 144, RealtyTrac said.
