Many of you have emailed / called me asking why we don’t have photos for many of the Denver HUD homes posted on our website and blog.
While we make sure to have pictures of all of our listings, many of the HUD listings we post and advertise are listed by other agents. Many of these agents don’t provide photos and virtual tours of their listings for various reasons.
One of the biggest reasons, is that HUD homes in the Denver and surrounding areas don’t stay on the market very long. Most of the HUD homes on our site are in neighborhoods with other active listings. Sometimes the best way to see the outside of a building or neighborhood is to search for other homes in that neighborhood on our website. I realize this is an imperfect solution, but if you want to move quickly on the HUD deals, sometimes you need to do a little more footwork.
