Hud has a couple of Centennial townhomes on the market right now. The newest listing is in Homestead Townhomes and it came on the market yesterday. Some good news today from Metrolist. Denver home sales in May rose 9% from the past month. And it appears that Denver foreclosures aren’t having as much of a negative effect on prices, as the average sales price increased 3% in May.

Denver-area May home sales up 9% from April, down 15% from 2010

Sales of single-family homes and condominiums in metro Denver were up in May from the prior month but down from a year ago, according to Metrolist Inc. data released Wednesday.

The sale of 3,723 properties in May is 9 percent higher than April sales figures, but off 15 percent from last year.

The average sales price was up 3 percent from April, to $257,177, and 4 percent higher than May 2010.
