This is a great neighborhood with some of the most amazing views of the foothills available. Driving out of this complex you get a gorgeous panoramic view of the foothills all the way to Roxborough Park.

This particular unit is in rough shape. It definitely needs new paint and carpet, but there is definitely potential here.
