 We currently have a listing in Palomino Park Townhomes that is listed as located in both in Palomino Park and in Gold Peak Townhomes Highlands Ranch. This has caused some confusion and I want to clear it up here.

Palomino Park is a large gated community offering a number of fantastic amenities. As the developers built this great complex out, they did so in phases. They named on of those phases “Gold Peak.” So, if you search any number of websites for Highlands Ranch Townhomes, you will see several townhomes listed in both Gold Peak and Palomino Park. That is correct and our listing below is located in both of them.

Remember, all townhomes in Palomino Park have access to the facilities and ammenities offered.
